Booking Policy

1. How to Book

All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your session.

  • Choose the appropriate deposit from the Tattoo Deposit Collection
  • Once your deposit is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirming your submission and I personally will follow up with you via the contact information you provide and we’ll work on getting you scheduled.
  • Custom tattoos include a design consultation before the appointment — we’ll discuss sizing, placement, detail, and pricing during that time.
  • Flash and script tattoos can be booked directly with no consult required unless noted otherwise.

2. Deposit Policy

  • Deposits go toward your final tattoo cost.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and ensure your time slot and design are reserved.
  • Final price will be given during your consult.
  • Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice — your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.

3. Matching Tattoos (For Two)

  • If you and someone else are booking matching tattoos, a special deposit option is available under “Matching Tattoos” in the Deposits collection.
  • This covers both clients for one session with matching or mirrored designs.
  • Pricing will vary based on detail, placement, and whether the designs differ slightly per person.

4. Sticker Rewards

  • Every flash tattoo booked from the Flash Sheet section includes a free matching sticker of the design you chose.
  • Stickers are exclusive and only available to clients who book that specific design.
  • Your sticker will be shipped to you at the end of your checkout as a thank-you and a keepsake.

5. Day-of Appointment Expectations

  • Please arrive on time and well-rested. Eat beforehand and stay hydrated.
  • Bring a valid photo ID.
  • You’re welcome to bring one guest for emotional support, but space is limited.
  • Avoid alcohol or blood thinners 24 hours before your appointment.
